Customers upload emails and their associated first and last names, as well as the proposals to be sent out by email to be voted on.

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

Sending proposals to Property Owner emails for notification of upcoming proposed changes and voting purposes
Recording timestamps, public IP addresses, and browser User Agent Information when Property Owners are notified of upcoming proposed changes, and their voting decisions (agree, disagree, or obstain) and optionally comments
