A campaign is an email proposal sent to union members and stakeholders. There will be a link in the email that they will click on to vote on a proposal.

We do not allow Administrators to use any free email accounts such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, icloud, etc. We do not want this service to be abused and used to SPAM people.

This is a privacy feature that is on by default. This allows you to work in public places like cafes and still protect names and email addresses. You can change this by selecting the Disable Privacy link.
